ABOUT

Alice Devine has lectured at the University of California, Berkeley in the Haas School of Business, and has been honored for five consecutive years for engaged teaching as voted by students. She has also acted as a career advisor for graduate students in the Master of Real Estate Development + Design (MRED+D) program at UC Berkeley's College of Environmental Design.
Each year, Alice advises a small cohort of students and young professionals as they navigate internship, job and career searches.
Alice's professional experience includes in-house leasing and management responsibility for a 1M+ square foot, Class A office portfolio with developer William Wilson & Associates (now EQ Office). Her Suite Deal, the Smart Landlord's Guide to Leasing Real Estate has won the Bruss/Robinson Award from the National Association of Real Estate Editors and she has authored over 45 industry articles.

At the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics, Alice serves on the Public Conferences committee. Prior community involvement includes service for San Francisco's Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture leasing committee and as a board member of Rebuilding Together Peninsula.
Alice holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of California, Berkeley and a Masters degree from Stanford University. She has earned the Certified Property Manager and the Real Property Administrator designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Building Owners and Managers Association respectively, and holds a California salesperson license.​
